Analytical chemistry and especially atomic spectroscopy are at the interface of various scientific disciplines and promise new approaches and new perspectives with regard to burning questions in the environmental and life sciences as well as in medicine. In order to answer these complex questions, we pursue a "transdisciplinary" concept in which we rely on collaborations and a diverse team.
We work worldwide with research groups from various disciplines (plant physiology, toxicology, material sciences, environmental sciences, epidemiology, nutritional sciences, etc.) and national metrology institutes.
Our industrial collaborations address either specific analytical problems faced by our partners or the improvement of instrumental techniques.
If you are interested in a collaboration, please contact either our secretariat (phone: +43 316 380 - 5300, 6840 / e-mail: elisabeth.jenewein@uni-graz.at orkatja.sirec(at)uni-graz.at)
